In early 2015, Locations real estate company went through a complete restructuring of its brand, as it changed its name and affiliation from Prudential Locations to Locations.
This change involved an entire rebranding from a mainland-focused look and feel built on Prudential colors, fonts, and imagery, to an approach that illustrated the return to the leading locally-owned real estate company in Hawaii.
Our team was tasked with developing the new logo, icon, company colors, imagery, and all public-facing identity collateral, along with new signage for the company’s listing and for sale signs. We were tasked with providing the creative and production services for the real estate company’s business cards, Email signatures, letterhead, envelopes, labels, and name tags for their partners, managers, core and high-end agents. We also needed to incorporate the new look into advertising campaigns in both print and digital that matched and enhanced the company’s value propositions.
The new Locations logo is a symbol of service. The icon is a home visually depicted at the center of the logo representing the company’s knowledge and expertise in the real estate industry. It is surrounded with a united effort by every agent devoted to their client’s needs being met with care and integrity.
The goal was to create an identity package that not only maintained the brand’s values, but also had a cohesive look throughout all the internal and external customer touch points. The internal target audience included partners within the firm, staff, and real estate agents. The external audience was made up home buyers and sellers, business partners, outside brokers, and the general public.
